Forest Therapy

Ritual Ecology & Forest Therapy

Land-Based Presence ~ Somatic Listening ~ Sensory Attunment

Step into a practice shaped by the forest. Slow, sensory, grounding, and deeply human.

This is forest therapy through the Feral Roots Conservatory. We combine a blend of somatic awareness, ecological literacy, trauma-aware guiding, and gentle ritual woven through the natural world.

This is not a hike.

Not a class,

Not a performance.

It is a relationship - between you, the land, your breath, and the quiet intelligence of the forest. It is a relational practice.

What is Forest Therapy?

Forest therapy is a guided, sensory-based practice that helps you slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a relationship with the natural world. It is rooted in:

  • somatic grounding

  • ecological awareness

  • gentle choice-based invitations

  • breath and sensory presence

  • emotional regulation through nature

  • ritual and seasonal attunement

In Feral Roots Forest Therapy is not about "fixing" anything.

It is about remembering - how to listen, how to soften, how to be in relationship with the land.

Our guided Feral Roots Forest Therapy blends:

  • Somatic Ecological Guiding and Relationship

  • Sensory Attunment
