My approach is slow, grounded, and somatically informed -- designed to support the nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied presence.

I offer a range of modalities from swedish, deep tissue and sports massage in a calm studio environment designed for healing. Tea is served- tea planst are grown and harvested from our studio hydroponics. Sessions are unhurried, giving the client time to arrive, feel safe and relax.
This is not a spa.
This is therapeutic, relational bodywork rooted in somatic literacy and awareness.
