A lineage-rooted training program offered by Feral Roots Conservatory ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website, enrolling in our programs, or using any of our materials, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or participating in any training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and program materials.

2. Educational Purpose Only

​

All content, curriculum, videos, audio, written materials, and training modules are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.

We do not diagnose, treat, of prescribe for any medical or psychological condition.

3. No Medical of Therapeutic Claims

​

Ritual Sound Healing School does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Our training is not a substitute for professional healthcare or mental health support. 

​

Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

​

** This training is open to students from all backgrounds. 

​

No therapeutic license or prior experience is required.

All practices taught in this school are non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and non-touch unless the student already holds a license that permits therapeutic touch.

Although the founder is a licensed massage therapist, this school (currently) does not teach massage therapy, bodywork, or any form of therapeutic touch.

​

All instruction is focused on ritual sound healing, breath-led pacing, and somatic awareness within a non-clinical context.**

​

"Certification in Ritual Sound Healing does not grant permission to practice massage therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or any licensed therapeutic modality. Students must follow the laws and scope of practice for their own region and profession."

4. User Responsibilities

​

You agree to:

​

• Use the website and materials ethically

• Respect the lineage and proprietary content

• Not misuse or misrepresent the training

• Not teach or certify others using our materials unless explicitly authorized

5. Payment, Refunds, and Enrollment

​

Enrollment fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

Payment plans must be completed in full. 

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program.

6. Limitation of Liability

​

We are not liable for:

​

• injuries

• emotional responses

• property damage 

• misuse of instruments

• or any consequences arising from your practice

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
 

7. Intelectual Property

All contend is proprietary and protected.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website of materials constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

**This training does not authorize students to teach massage therapy or any therapeutic modality.

The curriculum is strictly for ritual sound healing and non-clinical somatic support.**

​

The RSHS curriculum, training structure, written materials, rituals, methods, and lineage-based teachings are the exclusive intellectual property or Feral Roots Conservatory.

1. Ownership of Content

We own all rights to:

• ​curriculum

• manuals

• workbooks

• written lessons

• ritual structures

• sound healing sequences

• training videas

• audio recordings

• diagrams

• graphics

• website content

• teaching materials

• lineage-specific practices

All rights reserved.

2. Prohibited Uses

​

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

​

• copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials

• teach our curriculum as your own

• create derivative programs

• use our lineage name or methods to certify others

• share trainingvieos or manuals

• use our materials for commercial purposes without permission

3. Permitted Ueses

​

• use the training to develop your personal sound healing practice

• use the techniques in your sessions with clients

• reference the lineage with proper credit

• describe yourself as trained or certified through the school (once completed)

4. Certification Does Not Grant Teaching Rights

​

Certification allows you to practice. not to teach the lineage.

​

Teaching rights require:

​

• written permission

• additional training

• and a separate agreement

​

​

5. Enforcement

​

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in:

​

• removal from the program

• revocation of certification

• legal action

​

We take lineage integrity seriously.

STUDENT AGREEMENT

Enrollment Contract

By enrolling in the RSHS, you agree to the following terms. This agreement protects you, the lineage, and the integrity of the training.

1. Commitment to Ethical Practice

​

I agree to:

​

• practice sound healing with integrity

• honor the emotional and somatic safety of clients

• use breath-led pacing and trauma-aware principles

• maintain confidentiality within the training community

​

2. Personal Responsibility

​

I understand that:

​

• I am responsible for my own physical and emotional well-being

• I may experience emotional release during training

• I will seek appropriate support if needed

• I will communicate with the instructor if concerns arise

​

3. Respect for Lineage & Intellectual Property

​

I agree that:

​

• all curriculum, rituals, and materials are proprietary

• I will not copy, share or distribute any materials

• I will not teach or certify others using this content

• I will honor the lineage and its integrity

​

4. Participant Requirements

​

I agree to:

​

• attend scheduled session

• complete assignments

• engage respectfully with peers

• practice the techniques as instructed
